| I.T. TECHNICIAN: On-site PC repairs,
mobile service including troubleshooting, and user assistance, implementing
new equipment and systems and recommending improvements. |
| |
| Specific Responsibilities: |
| Troubleshoot problems with desktop
and notebook equipment, software, printers and LAN communications
equipment. |
| Configure and install PC equipment,
software and printers as required. |
| Install security of computing
systems, including virus protection and firewalls. |

| |
| Qualification and Experience: |
| Extensive on-site or retail workshop
experience essential. |
| Ability to quickly diagnose and
repair PC's. |
| Excellent knowledge workstations using all Microsoft Operating Systems. |
| Experience with Dialup/LANs/ADSL/Cable. |
| Excellent knowledge of desktop
application software, such as MS Office etc. |
| A+ essential as the absolute minimum - MCP/MCSE highly preferred. |
| Clean current QLD drivers licence
for manual vehicle essential. |
| Excellent people skills and great
pride in clean and neat appearance essential. |
