Each day, ALL your CRITICAL data is backed up AUTOMATICALLY.

The data is sent via the internet using BETTER THAN BANK LEVEL SECURITY to OUR DATA CENTRE.

• KNOWING data is RESTORABLE: A Bonza Mobile technician CHECKS it for restorability (you can too – any time).
  
  
• Being sure you’re backing up EVERYTHING: When we come to you and set everything up, we configure your computer, (or all your computers), to save all critical data. Nothing’s missed. If you later add something new to your system, our software will automatically add it to your backup set. Now you’ll be POSITIVE you’re catching EVERYTHING.
  
  
• DOING IT religiously: We AUTOMATE your backups to occur after your business hours and WE CHECK DAILY THAT YOUR BACKUPS ARE OCCURRING. We email you a report daily.
  
  
• Will your backup tapes or disks be lost through BURGLARY? NO, not even if the million-to-one chance of us being burgled at the same moment as you occurs because WE BACKUP REMOTELY TOO!
  
  
• Will your backup tapes or disks be lost through FIRE? NO, for the same reason.

Subsequent automatic backups sent to us via the internet are small as the data is compressed before transmission and the backups are incremental backups. This means the software only backs up files which have been changed in the last 24 hours.

• The initial installation visit is charged at our normal rate of $90/hour. Estimate: Allow at least 2 hours per computer because of the initial full backup done on site.
  
  
• There is no contract. You pay for our service monthly in advance and can stop using it any time (we don’t give pro-rata refunds).
  
  
• The monthly charge for receiving, securing, checking and storing your data is based on the amount of data transferred. Because you’re only transferring incremental backups, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive the charges are. Most customers pay the minimum monthly charge of $50.
  
  
• Payment is by automatic charge to a credit card.
  
  
• In the event of data loss, you can easily restore yourself or, if you prefer, restoration of backups to DVD and transfer to your computer on site by a Bonza Mobile technician is charged at our normal rate of $90/hour.
